Since 2016 David has provided independent risk advisory services to financial firms and conglomerates, with a focus on compliance function design, operational transformation, and risk assurance. He is recognized for his ability to establish start-up functions, respond to regulatory enforcement actions, and provide structural guidance on organizational and control frameworks
